You can use the Arensus Crossword Puzzle Java Applet to publish your crossword puzzles as interactive online games. The applet can display all types of crossword puzzle that the editor can create. Wordbreaking is done automatically in the clue list if a word is too long. This results in a finer look of the clue list.

Include up to 5 images in your puzzle. The images can be ads, decoration or part of the crossword puzzle itself.

If you specifiy a background image than all other background colors specified get ignored. The puzzle gets transparent.

Create a puzzle with a solution-word and ask people to send you that word if they want to win a price.
